Happy Summer, Market-goers!
All sorts of berries will be at the market this month…blueberries, blackberries, black raspberries, and red raspberries. We will also have stone fruit including peaches, nectarines, and apricots.

Fresh Raspberry Pie
2 pints fresh raspberries
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 piecrust (homemade or store-bought)
Rinse berries; gently shake out excess water. In a large bowl, combine sugar and flour. Gently stir in berries. Fill piecrust. Cover edge of crust with foil. Bake pie for 25 minutes at 350 degrees; remove foil and bake an additional 20-25 minutes or until crust is browned. Cool pie on wire rack. Enjoy with whipped cream or ice cream.
