There may be only 7 weeks left of the Bethlehem Farmers’ Market, but there’s a great line-up of musicians to close it out.
On September 19th, local favorite Billy Bauer will be performing solo. He is an area musician and a member of the Billy Bauer Band, who has performed at venues like Musikfest and the Steel Pub in Bethlehem.
On both September 26th and October 3rd, Dave Fry will be entertaining. A Lehigh engineering alumnus, Dave is the co-founder of Godfrey Daniels premier live music listening room, and is a predominant musician in Bethlehem’s Southside scene.
Following Dave on October 10th is the talented George Baier. George has the unique ability to be able to play for two-hours without even so much as taking a break between songs. His covers are fantastic, and can be listened to here.
The October 17th market will welcome Lehigh University’s own Jim Speese, who has performed with the farmers’ market for the past three years.
Scott McKenna is returning to the market on October 24th. His performances are always worth catching, as he plays fantastic covers of popular music among other selections. Listen to some of Scott’s music here.
And finally, closing out the Farmers’ Market’s last day will be Billy Bauer once again. So be sure to come to the market Thursdays, 11am to 3pm and listen to these talented musicians perform their two-hour sets from 12-2!
