Reserving the Square
Guidelines for Events
The Campus Square Courtyard, the Bookstore, The Cup, and Johnny’s can all be reserved for your special event or party. In the past, these spaces have been used for art exhibits and musical performances.
Guidelines for Posting Signs and Notices
Signs, notices, and banners may be posted or hung in authorized areas only. University regulations prohibit the posting or hanging of notices on trees, building exteriors, light posts, etc., except where specifically authorized. Notices posted in academic buildings must be affixed to designated bulletin boards only, and are not permitted on any painted surfaces, entrance or fire doors, or windows.
If you wish to post a notice in the locked Campus Square bulletin board located in the alcove by Johnny’s Bagels, please email it incampus@lehigh.edu or mail it to/drop it off at 516 Brodhead Avenue, Bethlehem PA 18015, ATTN Brynn Buskirk.

2.Contact the Risk Management Office at Lehigh for any insurance requirements, or read about them here: http://www.lehigh.edu/~inrsk/special_event_insurance.html
It is advisable to make reservations as early as possible. A confirmation will be sent out to you after the forms are submitted. It is the responsibility of the user to carefully read over the confirmation and insurance requirements for events.

If you have questions, contact the Reservation Desk at 610-758-4163. The University Reservation Desk is located on the first floor in the University Center and is part of the Office of the Dean of Students. It is advisable to make reservations as early as possible.
A confirmation will be sent out to you after the forms are submitted. It is the responsibility of the user to carefully read over the confirmation. Contact the Reservation Desk with any changes or cancellations.

In late August 2002, The Cup, also known as the Bethlehem Dairy Store, opened its second location in the Campus Square retail area. The original Bethlehem Dairy Store on Linden Street in North Bethlehem has been a favorite of area families looking to enjoy many flavors of homemade ice cream for over 85 years.
With four convenient locations in Bethlehem, Johnny’s Bagels is a great place for breakfast and lunch. We offer the freshest bagels, hand-rolled and prepared in the old-style tradition.
